About This Project
Built a custom AI-powered n8n workflow that transforms manual Airtable inventory management into a fully automated, chat-based system.
Before this automation, shop owners had to manually search products one by one, enter data into Airtable fields, and carefully track record IDs just to update stock or prices — leading to lost productivity and frequent human errors.
With this solution, an AI Agent connects directly to Airtable, allowing the team to simply type natural instructions: "What's the stock of iPhone 14?" returns instant results, "Update stock of Wireless Earbuds to 8" updates the record automatically, and "Add cover" creates a new product entry — all through chat with zero manual effort.
The result: hours of manual updates reduced to seconds, error-free stock control, and a scalable system that even non-technical staff can operate effortlessly.
